  • Ensure the machine is properly installed with correct water supply, drainage, and electrical connections.
  • Fill the salt reservoir with water and salt before initial use.
  • Add detergent to the dispenser just before starting the wash cycle.
  • Select the appropriate wash programme based on the soiling level and item type.
  • Press the Start/Stop button to begin the cycle.
  • Close the door firmly.
  • Do not open the door during operation unless necessary; wait for steam to dissipate.
  • When the cycle is complete, press the On/Off button.
  • Unload the lower basket first, then the upper basket.
  • Regularly clean filters and impellers for optimal performance.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Possible Cause & Solution
Machine does not start
  • Power cable unplugged: Check plug.
  • Fuse blown: Check household fuses.
  • Water cut: Ensure water tap is open.
  • Door open: Close the door securely.
  • On/Off button not pressed: Press the On/Off button.
Dishes are not washed clean
  • Dishes not placed orderly: Load as described in manual.
  • Unsuitable programme: Select a programme with higher temperature/duration.
  • Impellers stuck: Turn impellers by hand to ensure free rotation.
  • Impeller holes clogged: Clean impellers with food remnants.
  • Filters clogged: Clean filter system.
  • Filters installed incorrectly: Check and correct filter installation.
  • Baskets overloaded: Do not overload baskets.
  • Detergent stored improperly: Store powder detergent in a dry, closed container. Consider tablet detergents.
  • Insufficient detergent: Adjust amount based on soiling and programme, or use tablets.
  • Insufficient rinse aid: Check rinse aid indicator, add if needed, or increase setting.
  • Detergent dispenser lid open: Ensure lid is closed tightly.
Dishes are not dry at the end of cycle
  • Dishes not placed orderly: Arrange dishes to prevent water accumulation.
  • Insufficient rinse aid: Check and add rinse aid, or increase setting.
  • Unloading too soon: Wait for steam to dissipate before unloading; unload lower basket first.
  • Unsuitable programme: Select longer programmes for better drying.
  • Deteriorated surfaces on utensils: Avoid washing utensils with deteriorated surfaces.
  • Teflon utensils: Drying issues are normal due to Teflon's surface properties.
Tea, cafe or lipstick stains remain
  • Unsuitable programme: Select a higher temperature/duration programme.
  • Deteriorated utensil surfaces: Stains may penetrate damaged surfaces.
  • Detergent stored improperly: Store powder detergent dry. Consider tablets.
Lime traces / misty appearance
  • Insufficient rinse aid: Check and add rinse aid, or increase setting.
  • Low water hardness setting/insufficient salt: Measure water hardness, adjust setting, check salt level.
  • Salt leakage: Avoid spilling salt; ensure lid is tightly closed. Run prewash to remove spilled salt.
Different odour in machine
  • New machine odour: Will fade after a few washes.
  • Filters clogged: Clean filter system.
  • Dirty dishes left for days: Run prewash every 2 days, leave door ajar, or use odour removers.
Rust, discoloration or surface deterioration
  • Salt leakage: Avoid spilling salt; ensure lid is closed. Run prewash.
  • Salty food remnants left long: Prewash or wash immediately.
  • Electric installation not grounded: Check grounding.
  • Intensive cleansers (bleach) used: Do not use bleach.
  • Metal items used improperly: Avoid using knives for other purposes.
  • Low quality cutlery: Do not wash low quality stainless steel cutlery.
  • Already corroded items washed: Rust can transfer. Do not wash corroded items.
Detergent remains in dispenser
  • Dispenser damp: Dry dispenser before filling.
  • Detergent added too early: Add detergent just before washing.
  • Lid opening prevented: Arrange dishes so lid can open freely.
  • Detergent stored improperly: Store powder detergent dry. Consider tablets.
  • Impeller holes clogged: Clean impellers.

  • Decorated glasses/porcelain: Not suitable for dishwasher.
Dishes are scratched
  • Aluminum items: Do not wash aluminum items.
  • Salt leakage: Avoid spilling salt; ensure lid is closed. Run prewash.
  • Low water hardness/insufficient salt: Measure water hardness, adjust setting.
  • Dishes placed disorderly: Arrange glassware carefully to prevent striking each other or racks.
Smear on glasses (milk stain/rainbow appearance)
  • Excessive rinse aid: Lower rinse aid setting; clean spills.
  • Glass corrosion from soft water: Measure water hardness, adjust setting. If soft, do not use salt. Use high temperature programmes and glass protective detergents.
Foam forms in machine
  • Hand-wash detergent used: Do not use hand-wash detergents; remove coarse soil only.
  • Rinse aid spilled: Clean any spilled rinse aid.
  • Rinse aid reservoir lid open: Close lid securely.
Kitchen utensils are broken
  • Dishes placed disorderly: Load as described in manual.
  • Baskets overloaded: Do not overload baskets.
Water remains at end of programme
