Troubleshooting and error codes

The air conditioner does not function
Power switch is not turned on. Switch on the power.
Power failure. Wait for the power to be restored.
The fuse is blown. Have the fuse replaced by a professional.
The set start-up time has not yet been reached. Wait or cancel the initial setting.
The unit does not turn on when pressing the "ON/OFF" button (Run/Stop)
Four minutes have not yet passed since the unit was turned off. Wait for four minutes.
The ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature in cooling mode or higher in heating mode. Reset the temperature setting.
Air is blown, but the cooling/heating effect is weak
The temperature setting is incorrect. Set an adequate temperature. The temperature setting should be lower than the ambient temperature.
Dust obstructs the air filter. Clean the air filter.
The air inlet or outlet of the equipment is blocked. Eliminate the obstruction.
The air conditioner is turned on in a hot room. Wait a bit longer to eliminate the heat from walls, ceiling, floor, and furniture.
The cooling capacity is insufficient. Confirm with your dealer that the supplied cooling/heating capacity is sufficient.
Doors and windows are open. Close doors and windows.
Noise or vibration
The floor is not level or not flat enough. If possible, place the unit on a flat and level floor.
