Card Installation

Ensure your system meets the requirements before installation:

• ASUS motherboard with Wi-Fi slot (refer to manual for compatible models).
• Intel® Pentium™ 4 system.
• Minimum 64MB system memory.
• Windows® 98 SE/2000/ME/XP operating system.
• CD-ROM drive for software and drivers.

Hardware installation involves turning off the PC, removing the cover, locating the Wi-Fi slot, installing the card, and securing it. Connect the antenna and then turn on the computer.

Software Installation

Insert the support CD and follow the on-screen prompts to install the ASUS WLAN Card Utilities/Driver and Control Center Utility. Restart your computer after installation.

Control Center Utility

The Control Center Utility manages wireless network settings, including signal quality and Internet connection status. It offers various functions accessible via right-click and left-click menus on the taskbar icon.
