1. Ammeter (J100): This is a differential Ammeter with two ammeters in one unit. It has three lead wires connected to Ground (red), CdS (blue), and VR (yellow). The needle centers when current is equal in both CdS and VR. If CdS current is higher, the needle moves up; if VR current is higher, it moves down. 2. CdS Photo-cells Adjustments: (A) Linear Adjustment: Adjust high EV (EV16) with the left variable resistor and low EV (EV12, EV8) with the right one. (B) Level Adjustment: No adjustment is needed if the needle is within allowances. If the needle is outside allowances (lower or higher), use a fixed resistor (J504) on the CdS or VR side. 3. Photo-SW: Current stops flowing at EV2. It can be checked with a circuit tester. No conductivity is shown under EV2, but it should be conductive in brighter conditions than EV2.
