Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Possible Causes and Solutions |

| Air Bubbles: Lots of Air bubbles in cup or bottle when filling | Normal after initial installation or filter replacement. System will self-purge air. Drain 1-2 tanks of water. |

| Tank Takes Long Time To Fill (does not meet claimed GPD) | Insufficient water pressure, low water temperature. |
| Filter Housing Is Leaking | O-ring needs replacement or is not seated correctly. |
| TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) Level Reads Higher Than Normal | Forgot to insert membrane, membrane inserted incorrectly, water pressure too low, input source water very high TDS, drain water flow restricted, fluctuating input water TDS. |
| There is a leak at the Tank ball valve connection | Insufficient Teflon tape applied during installation. |
