Phone cannot be switched on or is frozen
  • Charge for at least 20 minutes.
  • Press and hold Volume down key to enter Safe Mode.
  • Reset phone using Power and Volume up keys.
Phone has not responded Restart by holding the Power key for more than 9s.
Phone turns off by itself Check screen lock and Power key contact; check battery level.
Cannot charge properly Use approved charger; ensure battery isn't fully discharged; charge under normal conditions; check voltage input abroad.
