Getting Started

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power key.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Phone can't be switched on or is frozenCharge for at least 20 minutes. Try switching on. If frozen, press and hold Volume down key for Safe Mode.
Phone turns off by itselfCheck screen lock, avoid accidental Power key press, check battery level. Use Factory data reset or upgrade software.
Cannot charge properlyUse ALCATEL ONETOUCH battery/charger, ensure battery not fully discharged, charge under normal conditions (0°C to +40°C), check voltage compatibility abroad.
No network connection / "No service"Try another location, verify network coverage, check SIM validity, select network manually, try later if overloaded.
Cannot connect to InternetCheck IMEI, ensure SIM internet service is active, check settings, ensure network coverage, try later or another location.
Invalid SIM cardEnsure correct insertion, check for damage, confirm SIM service availability.
