Troubleshooting and error codes

Phone cannot connect to a network or "No service" is displayed Try connecting in another location, verify network coverage with your operator, check SIM card validity, select networks manually, or try later if the network is overloaded.
Phone cannot connect to the Internet Check IMEI, SIM card's internet access service, internet connecting settings, and network coverage. Try connecting later or in another location.
Invalid SIM card Ensure correct SIM insertion, check for damage, and verify SIM service availability.
Unable to make outgoing calls Dial a valid number, check country/area codes for international calls, ensure connection to a network, check subscription status, ensure calls are not barred, and check if the phone is not in flight mode.
Unable to receive incoming calls Ensure the phone is on and connected to a network, check subscription status, ensure calls are not forwarded or barred, and check if the phone is not in flight mode.
The caller's name/number does not appear when a call is received Check service subscription with your operator, or the caller may have concealed their information.
I cannot find my contacts Ensure SIM card is not broken, properly inserted, and import contacts from SIM to phone.
The sound quality of the calls is poor Adjust volume using Volume Up/Down keys, check network strength, and ensure the receiver/speaker is clean.
I am unable to use the features described in the manual Check service subscription with your operator and ensure no specific ALCATEL ONETOUCH accessory is required.
When I select a number from my contacts, the number cannot be dialed Ensure the number is correctly recorded and the correct country prefix is used for international calls.
