Phone cannot be switched on or is frozen - Charge for at least 20 minutes.
- Press and hold Volume down key to enter Safe Mode.
- Reset phone using Power key and Volume up key.
Phone has not responded for several minutes - Restart phone by pressing and holding the Power key for more than 10s.
Phone turns off by itself - Check screen lock and Power key.
