Warranty Information

The device is warranted against defects for 12 months for the device and 6 months for accessories.

  • Powering On/Off: Press and hold the Power key to turn the phone on or off.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Phone cannot be switched on or is frozen Charge for 20 mins, try switching on. If frozen, press and hold Volume Down for Safe Mode. If still not working, reset using Power and Volume Up keys.
Phone has not responded for several minutes Restart by pressing and holding the Power key.
Phone turns off by itself Check screen lock is active and Power key is not mis-contacted. Check battery charge level.
Phone cannot charge properly Ensure battery is not fully discharged (may take 20 mins to show charging). Charge under normal conditions (0°C to +40°C). Check voltage compatibility abroad.
Phone cannot connect to a network or “No service” is displayed Try another location, check network coverage, verify SIM card validity with operator, select network manually, try later if overloaded.
Cannot connect to the Internet Check IMEI, SIM internet service availability, phone's internet settings, network coverage, try later or another location.
Invalid SIM card Ensure correct insertion, check for damage, and verify SIM service availability.
Unable to make outgoing calls Dial valid number, check country codes for international calls, ensure network connection, check subscription status, ensure calls are not barred, and not in airplane mode.
Unable to receive incoming calls Ensure phone is on and connected to a network, check subscription status, ensure calls are not forwarded or barred, and not in airplane mode.
Caller's name/number not displayed Check service subscription with operator, or caller may have concealed their details.
Cannot find contacts Check SIM card for damage or proper insertion, import SIM contacts to phone.
Poor call quality Adjust volume during call, check network strength, and ensure receiver/speaker is clean.
Unable to use manual features Check operator subscription and if feature requires specific accessory.
Contact number from contacts cannot be dialed Ensure number is correctly recorded and country prefix is selected.
Unable to add contact Check if SIM contacts are full; delete files or save to phone contacts.
Callers cannot leave voicemail Contact operator to check service availability.
Cannot access voicemail Check voicemail number in settings, try again later if network is busy.
Unable to send/receive MMS Check phone memory, operator service availability and MMS parameters, verify server center number.
SIM card PIN locked Contact operator for PUK code.
Cannot connect phone to computer Install ONETOUCH Center, check USB driver, ensure ONETOUCH Center Agent is active, check USB debugging is enabled, verify computer requirements, use correct cable.
Unable to download new files Ensure sufficient phone memory.
Phone cannot be detected by Bluetooth Ensure Bluetooth is on and visible, and phones are within detection range.
