Warranty Information

The device has a limited warranty for 12 months against defects in material or workmanship.

  • Powering On/Off: Hold the end key (2) to turn the cellphone on or off.
  • Making Calls: Dial the number using the keypad and press the send key (1). To end a call, press the end key (2).
  • Navigating: Use the up/down keys (4) to navigate menus and the OK key (3) to confirm selections.
  • Accessing Voicemail: Press and hold the 100 key to call voicemail.
  • Locking/Unlocking: Press the lock key (9) to lock or unlock the keypad.

The sound quality of the calls is poor
  • Adjust volume during call using the Volume key.
  • Check network strength.
  • Ensure receiver/speaker is clean.
I am unable to use features described in manual
  • Check with your operator to ensure subscription includes the service.

When I select a number from contacts, number cannot be dialed
