- Connecting to TV: Use the optional HDMI cable or the AV cable to connect to your HDTV or TV.
- Inserting SD Card: Insert the SD card into the slot when the camera is off.
- Connecting PC: Use the USB cable to connect the camera to a PC or laptop.
- Access Settings: Press DEL and Mode simultaneously to access camera settings.
- Recording Mode: Press Mode to change modes. Use Up/Down to toggle resolutions (5M, 12M, HD, WVGA). Use Left/Right to zoom. Press Rec/OK to start recording.
- Playback Mode: Press Mode to change to playback mode. Use Rec/OK to play/pause, DEL to stop, Left/Right for fast-forward/rewind, Mode for slow motion, and Up/Down to adjust volume.
- Music Player Mode: Create a "Music" folder on the SD card, transfer MP3s, insert the card, and press Mode twice. Use Rec/OK to play/pause, DEL to stop, Left/Right to skip tracks, and Up/Down to adjust volume.
- Installing Battery: Slide to open the compartment and insert the Li-ion battery.
- Charging the Battery: Insert the Li-ion battery into the charging bay, connect the power cord, and plug into an outlet. The LED indicates charging status.
- Turning on the power: Press the Power button.
- Connecting Earphone: Connect the earphone to the headphone jack.
